In the event that we of the Azizan Moorish Temple of Enlightenment and/or we of the Azizan Moorish Nation are ever referred to or labeled as an "anti-government separatist group" or "cult", in any form of broadcast, print, or electronic media (this includes the Internet and World Wide Web), we will consider such action as malicious libel and slander, and will take immediate lawful and legal action against ANY AND ALL PARTIES, be they individuals, persons, and/or corporations.

In the event that any National of the Azizan Moorish Nation is arrested, detained or otherwise deprived of rights as a a free, sovereign Moorish National on the pretext of unarticuable suspicion of being a part of "anti-government separatist group", "black separatist group", "black supremacists", "cult", "common law court activists", "paper terrorists", or "terrorists", we will consider such action as libel, slander, dafamation and malicious deprivation of rights, and will take all immediately appropriate lawful and legal action against ANY AND ALL PARTIES, be they individuals, persons, and/or corporations.
